First and foremost I would like to thank Dr. Goh and all of the ladies at Grand Strand Plastic Surgery! Everyone was very kind, and maintained a comfortable professionalism. I never had a question for more than a moment, even considering I was one of the first patients to experience the CoolSculpting treatment. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the product, and delivery of the treatments. Aside from slight initial discomfort at the start and at the end of the procedure, it was simple and pain free. There are no needles, anesthesia, or down time! As a teenager, I discovered I had scoliosis. I always felt to be at an unfair disadvantage, because my fat was pushed together on my back, similar to an accordion. The upper part of my back that is hugged by my bra had excess skin and fat that was impossible to lose, despite the amount of healthy weight I lost! After one treatment, there was a dramatically noticeable difference in my back. Even after gaining 5-8 pounds three months later my shirts are still looser, I went down one circumference bra size, and my friends and family have definitely noticed a difference.
